Founded in Paris in 1996, PWN has grown into one of the world’s leading professional networks dedicated to advancing balanced leadership, supporting thousands of professionals across multiple countries through leadership development, mentoring, networking and international collaboration. Judging Process
Everyone is welcome to submit a nomination. You do not need to be a PWN London member to nominate yourself or someone else, and nominees are not required to be members of PWN London. Individuals from any organisation, industry or professional background are eligible, provided they meet the criteria for the relevant award category.
All nominations will be reviewed by the PWN London Board, which will assess each submission fairly and objectively against the published criteria for the relevant award category.
The Board will consider:
✔️ The quality of the nomination submitted
✔️ Evidence of the nominee's impact and achievements
✔️ How closely the nomination aligns with the award criteria

🌱 Rising Star
Overview: Recognising emerging talent early in her career who is already demonstrating exceptional potential and leadership qualities. Who it's for: Women in the earlier stages of their professional journey showing standout ambition, drive and impact. Judging criteria: Impact relative to career stage, ambition, evidence of leadership potential.
💼 Professional Woman
Overview: Recognising a woman who has demonstrated excellence and measurable impact in her professional field. Who it's for: Women at any career stage delivering outstanding professional achievement.
Judging criteria: Professional achievement, impact on organisation or industry, demonstrated leadership.
🚀 Trailblazer
Overview: Recognising a woman who has broken new ground, taken bold risks, or pioneered change within her industry or field. Who it's for: Women who've done something first, differently, or against the odds.
Judging criteria: Innovation, courage, wider influence or change created.
🤝 Allyship Champion
Overview: Recognising an individual, of any gender, who has actively championed and supported the advancement of women in leadership. Who it's for: Allies whose consistent actions have helped women around them progress and succeed.
Judging criteria: Tangible actions taken, consistency of allyship, influence on others.
👑 Leader of the Year
Overview: Recognising a woman demonstrating outstanding leadership, vision and impact at a senior level. Who it's for: Senior leaders whose leadership has driven significant, measurable impact.
Judging criteria: Scope and seniority of leadership, measurable impact, ability to inspire others.
Eligibility
Nominations are open to anyone, PWN membership is not required to nominate or be nominated. Self-nominations are welcome and treated equally to third-party nominations.

£150 per nomination.
PWN London Premium Members
£100 per nomination.

FAQs
Who can nominate? Anyone. Self-nominations are just as welcome as nominating someone else.
Do I need to be a PWN London member to nominate or be nominated? No, nominations are open to everyone. Premium members receive a discounted nomination fee.
How much does it cost to submit a nomination?
The standard nomination fee is £150. PWN London Premium Members receive a discounted nomination fee. If you're a Premium Member and don't yet have your unique discount code, please contact [email protected]
Does the nomination fee include a ticket to the Gala? No, the nomination fee covers entry into the judging process only. If you'd like to attend the Gala & Awards Ceremony on 15 October, tickets are available separately, Early Bird pricing starts at £49 but is limited to the first 20 tickets. → (link to Anniversary page)
When will I find out if my nomination was shortlisted? Shortlisted nominees will be announced on 14 September 2026. Winners are revealed live at the Gala on 15 October 2026.
What happens after I submit and pay? You'll receive a confirmation email, and your nomination is automatically sent to the PWN London Board for judging, no further action needed from you.
