Breaking the Age Code at Work

Bridging generations. Unlocking collaboration. Driving impact.

Are Generational Differences Holding Us Back — or Driving Us Forward?

In today’s workplace, up to four generations work side by side — each bringing unique strengths, expectations, and ways of working.

But with this diversity comes challenges: misaligned communication, unconscious bias, and differing work styles.

How do we turn these differences into a strength rather than a barrier?

Join PWN London for an interactive and thought-provoking session exploring how to better understand, connect, and collaborate across generations at work.

What we will cover

Our panel of experts and experienced professionals will explore:

The generational landscape in today’s workplace

Work styles, expectations & values across generations

Communication styles and where misalignment happens

The role of intersectionality and unconscious bias

Power dynamics and their impact on inclusion

👉 Expect real-life examples, case studies, and practical insights you can apply immediately.
